This class was born from the idea that we all have busy lives or at least busy minds, and it’s HARD for us to just STOP and take care of ourselves.

I wanted to create a space for quick, doable mindfulness practices for anyone - so you can benefit from these anxiety buffers throughout your day, incorporate these practices into your daily life.


Practices are beneficial only when you DO them... consistently.


This is a freely offered 15 min Mindfulness Trainings, offered, live, through my private Facebook Group: The Peaceful & Empowered Mind: A Mindfulness Community.

Please join the community and let’s practice together as a group. It can make a difference in your practice, your motivation levels - to know you’re not alone and you can learn these life changing techniques together!
