Sign up for "Healing and Thriving: A Mindfulness Workshop for the AAPI Community" now!

The alarming increase in anti-Asian violence has many in the AAPI community reeling from the shockwaves of fear, anger, and anxiety. Tapping into practices that deepen your connection to your body, and taking care of your strong emotions when they arise can make it possible to move past the pain towards a place of healing.

To celebrate AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, join meditation teacher, Hannah Moon on Tuesday, May 4th at 7 p.m. for a soothing one-hour workshop on meditation and breathwork that promotes healing during these troubling times, and offers a safe space to learn about tools to manage trying events in the future.

After the presentation and group meditation, Hannah will open the floor for questions.
