Join Hannah in her comfy living room via Zoom on Sunday mornings, to start your day with this 45 min. class incorporating:

  • gentle and slower paced mindful yoga

  • an invitation to shed any tensions from your week

  • a time to honor listening to your body, your mind and heart

  • practicing kindness and compassion toward ourselves

  • breathwork for a happier nervous system

  • you can leave your camera off, no pressure
