Come join me on Mondays to breathe, calm your nervous system and practice.

What are we practicing?

The art of living. We practice being with our direct experience in the present moment, and cultivating a kinder way to relate to ourselves. We are creating more room to pause, so that in that pause, we may begin to transform our unconscious habits into a conscious space of wiser discernment, clarity, and freedom. We can wake up from the movie of our minds, from the seemingly endless struggle for lasting peace and happiness.

Mindfulness and compassion practices train our hearts and our minds to navigate this life with greater ease. We can’t control what happens in life, but we can manage how we roll. Mindfulness can give you the keys to the driver’s seat of your experience, so that you can direct your own best self, and your own best life.
