Join Hannah in her comfy living room on Thursdays, to wind down your day with this 45 min. class incorporating:

  • gentle and slower paced mindful movement

  • an invitation to shed any tensions from the day

  • a time to honor listening to your body, your mind and heart

  • practicing kindness and compassion toward ourselves

  • breathwork to end each class


This class is an opportunity for you to hit reset for your body, mind and spirit.
