Intuitive Mindfulness™ ?
Intuitive Mindfulness™ is a modality of meditation practice that is based in mindfulness with an emphasis on cultivating intuition and creativity.
Combining both passive and active meditation, it is designed to bring grounded awareness of the present moment as the observer, using compassion to allow for the full spectrum of experience to be present. This is the foundation of our practice, where everything else rests upon.
Whatever may arise, be it thoughts, emotions, or sensations - are kept in the container of the knowing observer and held non-judgmentally.
One of the core principles of Intuitive Mindfulness™ is that we cannot be receptive to intuition and creativity if we ignore or block unfavorable emotions. Using mindful awareness, we can uncover these trapped emotions, take care of them with compassionate energy before releasing them. Unlike some meditations that try to suppress negative emotions, Intuitive Mindfulness™ seeks to bring it to light so that it can be transformed as it is released.
