MY STORY
Low Self Worth. Anxiety. Depression.
Emotions out of control. Numbing to suppress. It was destroying my life.
Read about my story and how I came to this practice.
Expert Caring Guidance. Support. Accountability.
I’m so glad you’re here. The fact that you’re reading this means you’re likely searching for something, maybe some guidance in your journey.
Maybe you feel lost? Too distracted to focus? Overwhelmed? Maybe it’s hard to find meaning and purpose in your life these days?
You’re not alone in this struggle of being human. We’re all looking for connection, clarity and meaning in our lives and it’s not always smooth sailing. We are just souls in training, afterall - learning from our past, creating our future by training our attention in the present moment to live more fully and compassionately.
Although there aren’t any quick fixes for the human condition, there is something we can do to make our existence much better.
It’s the way we can show up for ourselves…
by developing an inner self care practice.
What are we practicing? Simply put, we’re learning how to befriend ourselves. When you take the time to sit with yourself with mindfulness and compassion, we begin creating a new reality. You are training your brain to work better, how to regulate your emotions, and increase calm and focus. And when you can do this, you can be a better parent, partner, friend and you can become better at your career, whatever that may be. Imagine how different your life can be if you had greater ease with yourself. Start today.

“Hannah shifted my perspective and helped me discover the power of being present and building acceptance… It was a pretty big breakthrough to have someone who understood what I am going through and battling internally.
I am less reactive. In EVERYTHING- work, my own thoughts about myself, relationships. I have learned how to pause and breathe. I listen to my body instead of fighting against it or thinking it is not doing enough for me. These are things I always aspired to do, but now with this practice it feels very tangible and not just a hypothetical. “
“Hannah and I have been meditating together for five months or so, and it’s been a joyous and amazing experience… Before I met her, I had a hard time meditating on my own, but her wisdom and ability to have insight made me feel like she is just talking to me.
So I wanted to do it more.
Hannah is the nicest person you will probably ever meet and she really cares about you and your practice. I’ve never been more connected with my subconscious and always look forward to learning more about myself when I’m in Hannah’s class.”

Mindfulness.
Mindfulness practice is a scientifically backed up method of changing your brain so that you can meet life’s difficulties in a healthier, more nurturing way allowing for a fuller experience of being alive. It’s a different and lasting way of relating to your life, and to yourself. This is not a fad or a band-aid.
You can alter your brain and your life, for good.
Train Your Brain.
Brain scans don’t lie. They have shown that mindfulness and meditation actually changes the structure and function of the brain.
- Donald Hebb, neuropsychologist
Training your brain is like an athlete who can sculpt their body with the repeated exercise of certain muscles in the gym. Our brains are very similar, adapting to how they are used. We now know with neuroplasticity, that our brains keep evolving till the day you leave this earth.
“Meditation with Hannah has been a beautiful experience for me. Her calm voice and positive energy in guiding me has helped me realize how important it is to take that time … to say it’s ok to be human and notice whatever comes to the surface in the moment. I can already feel the internal change.”

Inclusion.
ALL are welcome. Regardless of your belief system, the color of your skin, your sexual orientation, age, the shape and abilities of your body, size of your bank account, whichever gender you identify with, or continent you originate from - YOU ARE ALL WELCOME. I draw my teaching from secular Buddhism, Mysticism, and Science yet I make sure it is accessible and relatable to ALL.
“Hannah is so skillful at both yoga and meditation and often beautifully combines both when teaching. She brings an open spirit and humility… there is a sense she is walking with us which makes her teaching more relatable and understandable. She’s helped me deepen my practice and closer to living with a peaceful heart. She’s wonderful.”
